who stops wanting to be better, stops being good.

My new store is now for over a year on the net and has proven itself. A change in the support team has now also led to the fact that many small things have been technically optimized and thus the presentation is more consistent without overlapping content.

The continuously increasing order volume has forced us to switch off direct payment. Things like different transport weights and the resulting shipping fees (which I still only charge at cost), or payments via PayPal, or subsequent changes to the order, ... or lead to the fact that each time new invoices have to be written. This administrative effort burdens the costs and makes it increasingly difficult to keep the prices, which have been stable for 3 years.

There is another positive effect. We sift through the shopping cart BEFORE a payment or binding order is made and thus have the chance to proactively make optimization suggestions.

How will it look like:

1. you fill the shopping cart as usual with items you need,

2. you formally place an order request,

3. you will receive an offer with binding total costs and delivery information as soon as it has been checked.

4. by your transfer (according to the offer) you trigger a binding order and the delivery process starts automatically.

By this procedure we hope for less friction losses in the future and you the prompt delivery of the desired articles.
